It depends on where you are. We pride ourselves in handling your orders quickly and efficiently. We offer free delivery on all orders. Place your order before 1pm Monday to Friday and we'll deliver it within 1-2 working days. Normal orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Most of our refurbished handsets do not come with any chargers or accessories. However, on our product pages you will see a "What's Included" tab where you can find details regarding this.

If it is a new prouduct you are purchasing from us refer to the "Items Description" on the product page.

We have a range of SIM free phones along with Network Locked phones. You will be able to select the category that fits your need when you are buying the product.

Occasionally we won’t have the exact brand and model of phone you want in stock with us at LondonMagicStore. If we don’t have the phone that you want in our inventory, our website will let you know. Should this happen, if you provide us with your email address as prompted we’ll send you a reminder once it becomes available.


We offer a comprehensive 12 month warranty on all our devices

The warranty covers hardware/software faults that aren’t caused by physical damage or misuse by the user. The warranty does not cover water damage, accidental damage or broken/smashed LCD.

Your warranty cover starts on the date you receive your item

Refunds and Returns:

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

No, not if it’s faulty; we’ll cover the cost of the return postage for faulty items. If your item is not faulty, you will need to cover the cost of return postage, and we always suggest that you use a tracked and insured service for this.
